We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Content Manager to oversee the management of our social media content and interactions. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the creation of content by internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely scheduling and posting across all platforms, managing community engagement on social media, and creating detailed monthly reports on the team’s activities and performance. You will also be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all content initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Content Coordination:

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to plan and coordinate content creation that aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media platforms.
  • Oversee the approval process for content, ensuring it meets brand standards and objectives before it is published.

Scheduling & Posting:

  • Manage the scheduling and posting of content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Utilize social media management tools to automate and optimize the posting schedule for maximum engagement.
  • Ensure all content is posted in accordance with the content calendar and aligns with key marketing events and promotions.

Community Management:

  • Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Work with customer service and support teams to address customer inquiries and issues raised on social media.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice in all social interactions, reflecting the brand’s identity.

Visual Design Oversight:

  • Ensure that all visual content, including images and videos, adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with the design team to make necessary adjustments to visual assets based on performance and feedback.
  • Review and approve visual content before it is published to ensure it aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and objectives.

Performance Tracking & Monthly Reporting:

  • Monitor the performance of social media content using analytics tools, providing regular reports on engagement, reach, and other key metrics.
  • Analyze social media trends and user behavior to optimize future content and posting strategies.
  • Create and present detailed monthly reports on the team’s activities, content performance, and strategic recommendations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve content performance and audience engagement.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple content-related projects simultaneously, ensuring all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • Prioritize tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the content creation team and other departments to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives.
  • Communicate content plans and updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of upcoming posts and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media content with broader marketing initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Understanding of visual content requirements and experience working with design teams.
  • English proficiency level of B2-C1.
