Persona Group is seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating animations and illustrations for various projects across multiple companies and products within the Persona Group. You will use your artistic skills and technical expertise to produce engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the objectives of each project.

Create 2D Animations:

• Develop high-quality 2D animations for different products and companies under the Persona Group.
• Collaborate with creative teams to understand the visual and narrative needs of each project.

Design Illustrations:

• Create compelling illustrations, including icons, characters, and backgrounds, that enhance the visual appeal of various projects.
• Ensure illustrations are consistent with the brand style and meet the project's creative vision.

Storyboarding and Concept Art:

• Develop storyboards that outline the animation sequences and visual flow for projects.
• Create concept art to define the look and feel of animations and illustrations before full production.

Collaborate with Team Members:

• Work closely with other animators, illustrators, and designers to ensure a cohesive visual style and high-quality output.
• Incorporate feedback from creative directors and team members to refine and improve animations and illustrations.

Use of Animation and Illustration Tools:

• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Animate, Adobe Illustrator, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar tools for creating animations and illustrations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in animation and illustration to bring innovative ideas to projects.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and refine animations and illustrations to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
• Make adjustments and improvements based on feedback and testing to achieve the desired final product.
