We are looking for an experienced and innovative Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager to lead and orchestrate our brand’s creative vision across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full creative process, from concept development through final production, and will work closely with a team of specialists, including copywriters, graphic designers, content managers, campaign managers, reel makers, and content creators. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to ensure cohesive, compelling, and on-brand content that resonates with our audience.
Creative Process Ownership: Manage the end-to-end creative process for all social media content, including developing scenarios, overseeing production, and ensuring every asset aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
Collaboration and Team Leadership: Coordinate and work closely with a cross-functional team of creative professionals, including copywriters, graphic designers, content managers, campaign managers, reel makers, and content creators, to ensure seamless content execution.
Content Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and marketing campaigns, incorporating brand messaging and trends that engage and expand our audience.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the production of high-quality image, reel, and video content, ensuring all projects are executed on time and within budget.
Brand Consistency: Uphold brand identity and tone across all social media platforms, ensuring all content reflects our values and speaks to our target audience.
Trend and Performance Analysis: Stay informed of social media trends, audience preferences, and platform updates; use insights to refine content strategies and report on campaign performance metrics.
Problem Solving: Address any roadblocks in the creative process, adapting plans as necessary to achieve project goals and maintain quality standards.
Experience: Proven experience as an SMM Manager, Creative Director, or similar role with a strong background in social media content creation, ideally working in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
Leadership and Collaboration: Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration among copywriters, designers, and other creative roles.
Strategic Vision: Ability to craft and implement long-term social media strategies that align with business objectives and adapt based on audience insights and platform changes.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects, coordinating teams, and meeting deadlines.
Creative Expertise: Hands-on experience in image, reel, and video content production, with a keen eye for visuals and storytelling.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to enhance content performance and achieve KPIs.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative environment.
Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and manage challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
