We are a dynamic and innovative digital media company specializing in creating engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms. We are looking for a talented and creative Reels Maker to join our team on a per-project basis to help us produce captivating Instagram Reels.
Concept Development: Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for Instagram, TikTok & facebook Reels that align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
Video Production:
- Create high-quality short-form video content specifically for Instagram Reels.
- Choose appropriate music tracks that enhance the overall impact of the videos.
- Apply suitable effects and transitions to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- E nsure all videos meet the highest quality standards and align with the project specifications.
- Manage production timelines to ensure timely delivery of all video content.
Content Strategy: Understand and implement the latest trends and best practices for Reels to maximize engagement and reach.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality Reels.
Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from the content team and make necessary revisions to meet project specifications.
Experience: Proven experience in creating Instagram Reels or similar short-form video content. A strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Familiarity with mobile editing apps is a plus.
Creative Skills: Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
Understanding of Social Media: Deep understanding of Instagram and Reels trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
