Under Persona Group, he leads projects such as PBA.am — recognized as one of the first Armenian e-learning platforms — as well as SkillBook.co, an AI-driven adaptive learning system designed to modernize digital education and personalized learning experiences. He also leads Persona Marketing Agency, providing marketing and branding solutions for businesses and startups. His mission is to create scalable products and startups that simplify people’s lives through technology, innovation, and accessible education. As a CEO and business leader, Tigran has managed creative and technical teams across multiple industries, leading projects in media, education, and digital marketing. Throughout his career, he has worked with more than 1,000 businesses and brands, helping companies grow through strategic marketing, branding, media production, and digital transformation. He has extensive experience with platforms including Google, Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. During his career in post-production cinema and media production, he has collaborated on projects involving internationally recognized and Hollywood artists, gaining strong expertise in creative storytelling, production management, and high-level media workflows. Alongside his entrepreneurial and executive leadership activities, Tigran is also an educator and mentor through both PBA.am and SkillBook.co, where he has successfully trained and graduated more than 1,000 students through online and offline educational programs.
