Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HRM Specialist to join our online platform and assist in developing a high-quality Human Resource Management course. The primary responsibility is to write the course content in accordance with our established standards. While we will ensure and organize all necessary resources for recording, video production, and other logistics, your main focus will be on creating relevant and professional course material. This role involves structuring the course, writing the lessons, and collaborating with our team to deliver the content on time. The payment will be provided for the entire project as agreed in our privacy and payment policies.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and write a detailed HRM course that meets the platform’s standards and expectations.
Plan and organize course content, including modules, lessons, and assessments.
Collaborate with the team to ensure course material is clear, engaging, and aligned with our professional standards.
Record video lessons (all necessary arrangements and resources will be provided by us).
Deliver content by project deadlines while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirement & Skills

Mid-level or higher experience in human resource management, with a strong understanding of HR practices and policies.
Proven experience in Human Resource Management and course development.
Strong knowledge of HRM principles and practices.
Experience in mentoring and teaching, both offline and online.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce professional content.
Comfortable recording high-quality video lessons (logistics will be organized by the platform).
Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Fluency in Armenian is required, and knowledge of English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
Experience with online learning platforms is an advantage.

Contract Type: This is a project-based contract, with payment provided for the total course upon successful completion, ensuring that all work is delivered within the agreed deadlines, as per the terms of our agreement.
