Job Responsibilities

Design Creation:

- Create visually appealing graphics for various digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and advertisements.

- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively convey the intended message.

- Generate compelling visual concepts for marketing campaigns during brainstorming sessions.

- Modify and refine designs based on feedback from the team and clients, ensuring final approval and satisfaction.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure our designs remain current and competitive.



Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and convey the intended message effectively.

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet project goals.

Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions to create compelling visual concepts for marketing campaigns.

Adapt Designs: Modify and adapt designs based on feedback from the team and clients, ensuring final approval and satisfaction.

Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends and tools to ensure our designs remain current and competitive.

Requirement & Skills

Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in digital marketing and Social media marketing

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Creative Skills: Strong creativity and an eye for detail with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing designs.

Understanding of Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and how design plays a crucial role in marketing campaigns.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
