Job Description

We seek a results-driven and analytical SEO and PPC Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our search engine marketing strategies to drive targeted traffic, improve online visibility, and achieve measurable ROI. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and internal linking structure for SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices
  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure cost-effective results.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to align SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve overall digital marketing performance.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to the CEO, PM, and Partners.

Requirement & Skills

  • Proven experience as an SEO and PPC Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, Google PageSpeed Insights, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Yoast SEO (or Rank Math), BrightLocal 
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and digital marketing trends.
  • Hands-on experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO.
  • Expertise in managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ad platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
